Notes: Nutty, fruit, vanilla, blueberry and floral aromas Uses: Molding, enrobing, coating, decorations, pastry fillings, Ganache, sauces, sorbets, mousse and eating. The 100% Colombian hybrid Trinitario cacao undergoes a complementary roasting and conching process to accent its unique traits creating an exquisite chocolate experience. Made in Colombia. Ingredients: cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin & natural vanilla. May contain traces of milk, peanuts, sesame & tree nuts.
