100% Colombian origin established in 1920. This chocolate was designed and developed by chefs specifically for the wholesale market. Cordillera makes easy to work with couverture chocolate with beautiful color, shine, texture and balance. Notes: Nutty, fruit, vanilla, blueberry and floral aromas Uses: Molding, enrobing, coating, decorations, pastry fillings, Ganache, sauces, sorbets, mousse and eating. The 100% Colombian hybrid Trinitario cacao undergoes a complementary roasting and conching process to accent its unique traits creating an exquisite chocolate experience. Made in Colombia.

Cocuy is their 70% cacao product. It has rich earthy tones typical of the finest South American cacao beans. Cocuy is available in 11 pound boxes and 44 pound cases (4 - 11 lb boxes to a case).
